Sales Administration
In addition to general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and processing invoices, you will be responsible for ordering materials in response to customer orders, confirming specifications, requesting orders from our own factory (filling out purchase orders), and managing delivery dates. As an office worker, you will be involved in our manufacturing process. Even if you have no prior office experience, we have a strong support system in place, as you will be working not only on a PC but also communicating with employees from other departments.

Before joining the company, I had the image that "office work = behind the scenes," but at TG, I feel every day that the administrative work is an important role that supports the entire company. In addition to order processing and document management, I also have a lot of interaction with sales, manufacturing, and designers, so I have naturally come to understand the flow of products and manufacturing. Sales position
Your responsibilities will include sales to existing and new customers. Once an order is received, you will confirm the specifications, place orders with our factory, and manage delivery dates (OEM sales). You will also handle wholesale sales of our products.
Regarding bag manufacturing, you will receive factory training upon joining the company, and senior staff will provide thorough instruction, so even those with no prior experience can acquire the necessary sales skills.

Web Designer
We are looking for someone to handle the design and updates of our company's e-commerce site and brand website. This includes product photography, image correction, cropping, and product page creation. Beyond digital design, you will also be involved in a wide range of production tasks, including catalogs, POP displays, shop cards, direct mail, and projector videos. Senior staff will provide thorough support after you join the company.

As a designer of our own brand of cowhide leather bags, you will be responsible for product planning. After joining the company, you will receive factory training to learn the bag manufacturing process, with thorough support from senior colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in OEM manufacturing and plan products together with our clients. Furthermore, you will be involved in our own brand's branding, e-commerce operations, and social media updates.
