Here is a glimpse of some of the equipment at our factory.
Large automatic cutting machine
This system can automatically cut leather and fabrics. It can cut with high precision according to patterns created with CAD, and significantly reduces working time, contributing to improved quality and productivity.
Computerized sewing machine
Computer control allows for precise sewing according to patterns. We offer a variety of models to accommodate different product sizes.
Postbed sewing machine
This sewing machine allows for three-dimensional sewing of the deeper parts of bags. Using this machine greatly expands design possibilities. It's also useful for repairing products.
Arm sewing machine
This sewing machine is necessary for sewing cylindrical objects. It is also used for sewing materials that cannot be turned inside out, such as hard leather.
180-degree movable arm sewing machine
The arm rotates 180 degrees, making it easy to sew corners that were previously difficult to reach. It also produces a clean finish when sewing rounded corners.
Sewing machine for heavy materials
We can sew even layers of leather together. We can handle thicknesses up to 1cm.
Sewing machine for extra-thick materials
It can handle thicknesses of 1 cm or more, so you can sew multiple layers of leather together.
Hydraulic press cutting machine
This machine uses a die to perform cutting.It is used in the production of leather parts and other similar items.
Laser processing machine
It can cut using heat. It can also engrave on the surface of leather.A key feature is its ability to create even extremely fine patterns.
Leather skiving machine
The thickness of the leather is adjusted by skiving the flesh side. Even thick leather can be finished to the desired softness. It is used partially, such as for seam allowances.
Double stitch sewing machine
The stitching of two parallel lines, such as on the handles, results in a beautifully finished product.
Leather skiving machine (band machine)
This automatic machine can skive even large pieces of leather in one go. It can handle widths up to 40 cm. The thickness can be specified in 0.01 mm increments, resulting in a beautifully uniform finish.
Automatic adhesive dispensing machine
This machine automatically applies adhesive to seam allowances and other areas. A sensor reads the area to be coated, and the machine automatically sprays the adhesive. It can apply the adhesive more neatly, accurately, and quickly than manual application.
Leather tape cutting machine
This machine can automatically cut leather tape.
Unlike typical cutting machines, it can adjust the width down to a minimum of 2mm and cuts precisely and straight.
